Payment on Delivery Policy
At Doncent Electronics platform, we accept payment from any Nigerian debit card that has the Mastercard, VISA and Interswitch Verve cards logo on it.
We currently receive payment on delivery only in Abuja and Lagos.
Shipping Policy
At Doncent Electronics, we offer swift same day delivery services for all orders placed before noon in Lagos, Abuja and Anambra States.
Hence such deliveries generally takes between 2 to 6 hours after your order is placed.
Orders outside Lagos, Abuja and Anambra usually takes between 12 to 48 hours.
Customers can also visit any of our physical stores to make physical purchases.

Return Policy

Please, always ensure to check the product(s) before signing the delivery note and receiving your product(s). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are always here to help you.
We are currently operating a 24 hours return policy from the date you received any/all product(s).
Doncent Electronics will not initiate refund/replacement for:
- Product(s) in the same condition as at when received (re-saleable condition) and in original packaging
- Product(s) with receipt or proof of purchase.
Doncent Electronics will not initiate refund/replacement for:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box, packaging, tags or to the product.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other product(s) originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
However, please note that:
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the product(s).
you will be responsible for delivering the product(s) to the pickup point (the pickup point will be determined by Doncent Integrated Services)
How do I return my order?
Kindly send a request to sales@doncent.com and after confirming your return request, our team will respond to your request and guide you to the next pickup point.
Once we receive your returned product(s), we will inspect it, and If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account.
Cancellation Policy
You can only cancel your order when the order is still in processing status.
Only cancellation request made by the means of sending a request to sales@doncent.com.ng or getting confirmation from +234-8090170250 be acknowledged.
If the cancellation request of your order is before your order has been shipped, Doncent Electronics will effect a refund.
Refund/Replacements Policy
We currently have a return policy of 24 hours from the date of delivery to return the product(s). If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive, you can request a refund as long as it meets our conditions. However please note that returns or replacements may not be available in the following cases:
- Damages due to misuse of the product
- Any consumable product which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other product(s) originally included with the product(s) delivered;
- Product(s) with No Returns policy
